COMMISSION  ORGANISTION & PROCEDURE:

FIRM QUOTATION: For each commission we will provide a firm quotation and options based on your special & personal ideas and requirements.

EACH PAINTING IS DIFFERENT: We acknowledge each painting is different in relation to size, medium and complexity of the subject topic.

SELECT FROM 25+ LEADING ARTISTS: We have a stable of 25+ leading artists and we will recommend the best artist in your chosen topic area, We will also show you some of their work.

PROGRESS: Where possible we prefer to keep you in touch with the progress of the painting even providing email or website viewings. This will ensure that we are creating your painting to your requirements. This is the time for us to continue or for you to suggest any changes.

DECOR MATCHING: We specialise in creating magnificent paintings from your photos or ours or your description, and use colors to match any decor.

LOCATION VISITS & DRAFT SKETCH We prefer to visit locations [within easy travel from Berwick] to consider options, take sketches & photos as well as visiting and discussing the project.   We aim to get it right first time.  We will prepare a draft sketch as a starting point . The charge for the visit & sketch  is usually $100 which includes travel within 50km of Berwick. There will be an additional but  reasonable charge for travel for longer distances.

PRESENTATION OPTIONS : will be given in relation to presentation/framing - whether you wish the work to be sent rolled in a protective tube for you to arrange framing or framed by our professional factory direct service  . . . . . refer separate page for framing details.

DELIVERY - word wide - no problem - we will suggest the best way to protect your art so that it arrives in pristine condition. A quotation will be provided once location & size of painting is known. Local delivery in Berwick & nearby areas is free

TIME FRAME ;  We aim to complete your commission in about four weeks - but this depends on the actual commission and your deadlines. 

 25% PAYMENT ON ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION : Will be required to commence the project with the balance on final approval from viewing either by visiting the studio, email or this website.

PAYPAL : We prefer payment through PayPal for security, or by direct credit.
